What happens in a session.

Yoga sessions are one hour long and held once per week. Your organization needs to supply a quiet, comfortable space large enough to accommodate the group—boardrooms, conference rooms, spare offices, lunch rooms, etc. are all acceptable. Each participant needs a yoga mat, comfortable clothing and a water bottle.

In these group classes, all levels of experience are welcome—including the first timer. The dedicated time during a session is for employees to enjoy self-care and connection—not to feel judged or worry about “doing it right”. Slow yoga movement allows for students of all levels of experience to be comfortable in poses and to relax.

Yoga in the workplace is a convenient way to “get to class,” save time, experience relaxation, socialize with co-workers, and have fun.

Sessions include:

• Short educational discussion about yoga as students get settled and relax

• Breath work

• Yoga postures

• Meditation
